1. Service Definition
BTCC operates a global digital platform that facilitates discounted purchases of in-game currencies for various online and mobile games. Transactions are executed digitally with instant or scheduled fulfillment coordinated directly with game accounts provided by users.
2. Terms Modification
BTCC reserves the right to modify, update, or waive any part of this policy with a 30-day advance notice. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies acceptance of revised terms.
4. Liability Limitations
BTCC is not liable for service interruptions or failures caused by:
Game publisher outages or maintenance
Internet or payment gateway disruptions
Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, cyberattacks)
Regulatory restrictions imposed by governments or platform providers
7. Communication Protocol
All official communication regarding account, payments, disputes, or refunds must occur through designated support channels at harmoneyforest@outlook.com.
10. Service Coverage
We support recharge services for a wide range of global and regional games. Game eligibility is listed on the platform and may vary based on user location or publisher policies.

Recharge fees cover:

15. Account Security

19. Pricing Transparency
Final recharge prices are based on selected currency packages and applicable promotions. Prices are clearly displayed before purchase confirmation. Volumetric or weight-based pricing does not apply.
22. Delivery Terms
Most top-ups are delivered instantly or within 30 minutes. Delays may occur due to:

25. Fee Adjustments
Price changes or discount adjustments will be announced with at least 30 days’ notice. Limited-time promotions are exempt from advance notice.
27. Recharge Liability
If a top-up is undelivered due to platform error, BTCC will reissue or refund the recharge. We are not liable for delays caused by:

User-provided incorrect account details
Recharge limits imposed by game providers
31. Account Termination
Users may terminate their account at any time via written notice. Outstanding balances or pending transactions will be processed before closure. Unpaid invoices may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee.
33. Abandoned Transactions
If a user fails to respond to support follow-up or complete required verification within 60 days of initiating a transaction, the order may be canceled without refund.
36. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not provided under the following conditions:

✘ Successful recharge not reflected due to game-side delay
✘ Abuse of platform promotions or discounts
✘ Country-specific legal/game restrictions on virtual goods
